Are you a veteran with asthma, emphysema, or COPD? If you served in southwest Asia, you may be able to get disability payments for these conditions. That's because there's a presumption that these conditions are caused by your service if you were in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, or Afghanistan.
